JOB SCOPE
Operate traveling or stationary crane to lift, move and position loads. Assist in the assembly, installation and repair of beam pumping units as assigned.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates crane as required
Perform the assembly, installation, maintenance and repair of Beam Pumping Units as assigned
Reports all non-conformance/quality issues and/or potential problems related to any product to the Supervisor
May lead a job
Supervises and mentors Crane Operators I and II
Evaluates/troubleshoots and makes decisions as required
Executes LOTO Energy Isolation
Writes the JSA processes
Safely executes relevant SOPs
Work towards achieving Level 1 Pumping Unit Services competency
SKILLS & KNOWELDGE
Able to demonstrate field/shop competency
Mechanical ability necessary to perform tasks
Valid driver's license (where applicable)
Good oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated, self-starter
Must be able to follow instructions
Able to work closely with fellow employees
Relevant oilfield product knowledge
Preferred
1-3 years related pumping unit experience
MINIMUM QUALFIICATIONS
Mechanical ability necessary to perform job responsibilities
Crane Operator's License meeting regional requirement
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations
Preferred
1-3 years related field experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
