Under direct supervision, performs basic customer support activities for non-complex equipment. Using detailed company guidelines and direct supervision, performs on-site corrective and preventative maintenance assistance with recording readings, routine repair, and applying torque sequence to fasteners with torque wrench(does not include any hydraulic, battery, or pneumatic torqueing devices) Assists higher level technicians with on-site installations and routine emergency repairs. Refers more complex problems to higher level technicians. Typically requires formal technical training beyond high school and two to four years related experience.
Proven ability to operate both manual and power driven tools and machine shop equipment required to perform the repair tasks assigned; physically able to perform the mechanical duties required which does require manual handling and finishing of components.
Able to read written standards and drawings as well as accurately measure and present all data effectively.

LEAD positions:
Leads a team performing Daily Maintenance (DM), Major Maintenance (MM), Overhaul & Preventive Maintenance (PM) to established standards with limited to no assistance
Serves as Field Supervisor contact on technical and service related problems. May instruct less experienced mechanics in proper use and operation of equipment and also direct and assist less experienced mechanics

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
